Hi, I'm

Brenda Rigney

I help women entrepreneurs build visibility, community, and recurring revenue without burnout.

Through communities, summits, AI, collaborations, and practical business strategies, I help women create businesses that support the lives they want to live.

My Story

For over 27 years, I built businesses, led teams, and helped organizations grow.

I eventually became COO of an $80M company and spent decades managing people, operations, and growth.

From the outside, it looked like I had it all figured out.

But life has a way of making you stop and reevaluate.

I got divorced.

My daughters grew up.

I became an empty nester.

And for the first time in a long time, I had the space to ask myself what I wanted the next chapter of my life to look like.

So I left corporate and started over.

The Reality Check

Like many entrepreneurs, I thought leaving corporate would create more freedom. Instead, I found myself working harder than ever—constantly launching, creating, and chasing the next opportunity. I hadn’t left one demanding career just to build another.

Rethinking Growth

What Changed Everything

Eventually, I stopped asking, "How do I get more customers?" and started asking, "How do I create more opportunities?"

That question changed everything.

Instead of building my business around launches, I started building it around relationships.

I focused on creating communities where entrepreneurs could connect, learn from one another, collaborate, and grow together.

I started hosting summits, bringing experts into my world, creating visibility opportunities, and building spaces where people could be seen, supported, and introduced to the right opportunities at the right time.

What I discovered was that when you focus on relationships first, growth becomes a lot more sustainable—and a lot more enjoyable.

At the Heart of It

What I Believe

I believe most entrepreneurs are trying to build their businesses alone, and it's making things harder than they need to be.

The biggest opportunities in my business haven't come from a funnel or an algorithm. They've come from relationships, collaborations, conversations, and communities filled with people who genuinely want to help one another succeed.

That's why you'll hear me talk so much about visibility, connection, recurring revenue, and community.

Not because they're trendy business buzzwords.

Because they've helped me build a business that gives me more freedom, flexibility, and joy.

And I believe they can do the same for you.

What You’ll Find In My World

I'm a big believer that opportunities change lives.

Sometimes it's a conversation.

Sometimes it's a collaboration.

Sometimes it's a summit stage, a podcast interview, a community connection, or a new idea that completely changes the direction of your business.

Over the years, I've learned that success rarely happens in isolation.

It happens when the right people find each other.

That's why I spend so much of my time building communities, hosting events, introducing people, sharing resources, and creating spaces where women can learn, connect, and grow together.

Whether you're exploring AI, building a Skool community, launching a new offer, or simply trying to figure out what's next, you'll find practical strategies, honest conversations, and a room full of women cheering you on.

Because business is hard enough.

You shouldn't have to build it alone.

Real Visibility.
Real Growth.
Real Opportunities.

The women who participate in our communities, summits, and events don't just learn strategies.

  • They build audiences.
  • They create partnerships.
  • They gain visibility.
  • They grow communities.
  • They generate real business results.

Jackie Fletcher

"I’m so glad I joined this group before I started my main group. Following Brenda’s advice I got some good vibes going before opening the doors officially. In less than 6 weeks I have 80 members.”

Sarah Sabatino

"I've been following Brenda for a few years now on socials and have also joined several of her communities on Skool.

She's a natural nurturer and I encourage anyone on the fence to hop over and join her Skool communities.”

Becki Salzman

"Skool Scale Camp has been the single most supportive and helpful community for me!! Everyone is so kind and shares amazing insights so openly and freely.

It’s been what I had dreamed my 30+ career could have been and so happy I found Brenda!

If not you, who?

This is About More Than Business

More Than $25,000 Donated

When women have access to wealth, they do great things for their communities.

Giving money and time is one way I pay it forward.

If you don't yet have a vision for your impact through business, look around at what needs fixing. There are so many people waiting for someone to step up.
