My Story
After 27+ years leading teams and growing businesses—including serving as COO of an $80M company—I left corporate to build a life and business with more freedom, flexibility, and purpose.
What I didn't expect was how quickly entrepreneurship could recreate the same patterns of overwork and burnout I thought I'd left behind.
Over time, I stopped chasing bigger launches and started building communities, partnerships, summits, and recurring revenue instead.
Today, I help women entrepreneurs create businesses that grow through relationships, collaboration, visibility, and momentum—not hustle.
